Who will own and seek to monetise the “knowledge units”? We risk exchanging one set of rent seeking corporations for another. This is not freedom in the <a href="https://mastodon.dias.ie/tags/OpenScience" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>OpenScience</span></a> sense of free for any human to read, but free for AI to read.</p>
Loki the Cat<p>Well, this is absolutely stellar news! 🌟 German startup Proxima Fusion is making fusion power less dramatic (unlike my morning zoomies) with their stable "Stellaris" reactor design. Best part? They're sharing all the science openly AND finished a year early.
